Employee accommodation in Odoo refers to the process of managing the housing arrangements for employees who require accommodation while they are on business trips or assigned to work at a remote location. The accommodation can be arranged by the company or by the employee themselves, with the company reimbursing the employee for the expenses incurred. Odoo provides a comprehensive platform for managing the accommodation process, from booking and payment to reimbursement and reporting.
Key Features:
Employee can create Accommodation Request
Employee can add various hotels of their choice into the request
Accommodation request passes through Manager Approval and HR Approval for the validation
HR approves some hotels from employee's selected hotels
At the end HR will generate Expense for the Accommodation request
Accommodation Request can be printed as PDF Report
New security access rights :
- Accommodation Manager
- Accommodation HR
Workflow :
- from Draft to Submitted to Manager
- from Submitted to Manager to Submitted to HR
- from Submitted to HR to Expense Generated
Note : You have to configure expense product into the accommodation configuration, So that product will be used when HR will generate expense for the employee
